How is it so cheap?
CE is an API proxy service.
In a nutshell, it bulk-purchases the cheapest subscriptions available and maximizes their API quota. Your requests are routed through the account pool directly to OpenAI and Anthropic servers.
Same models, cheap access. No frustrating 5h/7d usage limit.
This isn't new. Developers in China have widely adopted this type of service for cheap API access for months.
