3. I don’t see any group / pool

You probably did not redeem the code correctly yet. Redeem the code first, refresh the page, then create the API key again. No redeemed code = no group access.

4. Where do I put the API key?

Do not paste it into random login screens. Go to https://codex-everywhere.com/keys, click “Use Key” and copy the exact config shown for your tool.

5. What tools work?

Mainly Codex CLI, OpenCode, and OpenAI-compatible clients like Cherry Studio.

6. Does Claude work?

Not right now. See our Roadmap.

7. I get 401 Unauthorized

Usually one of these: wrong API key, wrong Base URL, code not redeemed, or wrong client setup. Check the “Use Key” guide before asking.

8. I get 429 / it’s slow

Usually temporary load, rate limit, or backend pressure. Wait a bit and retry.

9. Something is broken

Please send: tool name (Codex CLI / OpenCode / etc.), exact error, screenshot or log, and what you already tried. Please don’t just say “not working” 😭
